Qualifications: Ph.D. in Adapted Physical Activity (or related field); Post doctoral training preferred (ABD applicants will not be considered)Evidence of training and expertise in pediatric adapted physical activity across a range of populations and disabling conditionsExpertise in understanding disabling conditions across the pediatric years and tailoring community-based physical activity programs to accommodate these individualsExperience with interdisciplinary research and ability to collaborate across disciplinesStrong focus on infants and children with disabilities and physical activity interventions Record of scholarly publications, national presentations, and external fundingAdditional certifications, endorsements, and credentials in adapted physical activity Experience collaborating and partnering with related non-profit organizations in the areas of program design, implementation, evaluation, and research
