The Economics and Management Department at Westfield State University seeks applications for immediate part-time instructors in Marketing.
The Part-Time Faculty Pool is open to qualified and competent experts, external to the University faculty who possess skills, education and experience in an academic and/or professional area. All part-time faculty are responsible for providing our students with a high quality learning environment. Responsibilities include instruction in both traditional and non-traditional learning modes; instructional preparation; assessment of student performance, including submission of final grades in a timely fashion; availability to students by appointment when mutually convenient; course syllabus; a limited number of faculty meetings.

A minimum of a master's degree in a related field.
Ability to understand and implement teaching and advising processes and strategies for college students, preferred.
A demonstrated commitment to promoting domestic diversity and/or global multiculturalism in the curriculum where appropriate.
