Starting Salary: $75,000

JOB SUMMARY The position provides training, facilitation, and coaching services in process improvement for all aspects of a client enterprise. Facilitates client executive level staff in strategic planning, team development, performance improvement, problem solving, project management, and quality systems. A primary focus of this position is in manufacturing and/or industrial process engineering.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES and LICENSES Required:
Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing or processing industries
Experience using on-line or blended learning to deliver training and or coaching remotely
Experience with Lean Enterprise and/or Six Sigma continuous improvement disciplines
Experience with leadership and team training

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises others in accordance with NMC's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, recognizing employees; addressing performance problems or gaps.
This is a full-time, 40+ hour per week position.
